Why water is needed to quench thirst

Well, water is considered to be one of the basic and important component to quench the thirst. About 70% of our body contains water only and rest 30% is only other components. When we perform various task the water is released out from our body in the form of sweat, peeing and also energy they release out from our body and there comes a imbalance state in which the hypothalamus of the brain senses the decrease in the amount of water. It helps to maintain the stable body condition so whenever there is some instability or decrease in the blood fluid level it reacts. Osmoreceptors which is present in the body helps to track the proper and equilibrium fluid flow in the body. Besides this the hypothalamus also inject vasopressin in the blood that signals the kidney to store adequate amount of water and when that stored amount of water is also spent slowly then we feel thirsty. We feel our mouth and tongue dry. There is a decrease in the concentration and more over we feel the muscle pain and pale face after sometime.
In the same way the researchers have said that we should drink enough water but it also varies from person to person some people drink less water but also their pee is clear while some other drink more water but also they feel thirst and their pee is also yellow. According to the researchers it all depend upon what type of food do we take. Some of the people take more fruits and moist foods that make a good amount of water as they store water in it while some other may eat dry food that requires more water.
We cannot take soda and other soft drinks to quench our thirst because they remove the more amount of sodium from the kidney that requires more amount of water after sometime to maintain the balance between sodium and potassium. Hence water is the best fluid which helps to quench our thirst.
